SolidWorks Supports Start-Up Companies

It is not always easy for students, engineers and entrepreneurs who set up a new business to get enough resources for a successful start; especially in economically uncertain times. Dassault Systèmes SolidWorks Corp. has therefore decided to directly support start-up companies in selected countries by offering better access to its cutting-edge design software. It would be a pity if many interesting ideas were cast down only due to lack of funding for the acquisition of high-quality software solutions and adequate training.

The new SolidWorks program has just been launched. Until 30 June 2012, start-up companies can take advantage of a special startup promotion package offer:

  • SolidWorks® Standard software licenses, a comprehensive and robust 3D CAD solution for designing successful, efficient and durable products,
  • training provided by local authorized SolidWorks reseller.

The support is intended for start-up companies in the Czech RepublicSlovak RepublicPoland and HungaryInterested engineers and designer applying for the packagemust prove that their firms have been registered within the last 12 months. Startup Companies can request a promotion package by contacting the local DS SolidWorksoffice:
